The Royal Knights jumped out to a 22-0 first quarter lead last Friday, but the Kiona-Benton Bears didn't go away easily. Royal's 36-21 win secured the SCAC-East league title with just one league game remaining.
This Friday the Knights finish league play on the road in Burbank against the Columbia Coyotes. The Coyotes have struggled in league play this season. Their only win was 34-32 over Kiona-Benton in week 4. The Coyotes will look to Exavier Treddenbarger to set the tone on the ground. He is the 4th leading rusher in the SCAC-East.
