Now that 2a monster Montesano has moved down, Othello looks tough and i think Hoquiam still has a group of last years champs left.

well colville has all their starters back from a 3rd place team, id have to make them the front-runner

Colville does have all their starters back from last years team but they are still young with only one senior. I would look toward Tumwater, North Mason and the 5 other 3A tournament teams (that are now 2A) as the front runners.
