I have a question for all you 8 man fans out there.
In the following games (8vs11) what rules were used:
09/13/2004 Kahlotus 34 at Touchet JV 6
10/02/2004 Seattle Luth 19 at Quilcene 14
10/16/2004 Clallam Bay 34 at Chr Faith 0
10/23/2004 Chr Faith 34 at Quilcene 6
10/27/2004 Perrydale JV 17 at WA Deaf 6
10/30/2004 Lummi 24 Chr Faith 12
The reason I ask is because I have been working with Ken Massey getting some ratings done for Washington high schools and he didn't know what to do with these 6 games because they involve an 8 man school vs an 11 man school. Any info would be wonderful.

PS: Ken would like to be able to finish and post to his web site by Thursday so I need the info Wednesday if possible.

Thanks, I makes that an 8-man game then, I am guessing the home team ruled in this but just double checking.

8-man games:
9/13-Kahlotus/Touchet JV (Touchet varsity is B-8)
10/2-Seattle Lutheran/Quilcene
10/27-Perrydale JV/State Deaf

The Christian Faith games I believe were some combination of 8-man and 11-man.

Thats a tough one. Having coached both I think the 8 man teams have an advantage playing 11 man teams in an 8 man game. 8 man is a track meet, you don't have those extra 3 players in your secondary. If you have a kid with any speed, once they get past a LB there gone for a big gain of a score.
