We are going to hold a tournament the second weekend of august @ Cedarcrest High school in Duvall. This will be our first one under a new format.
We will be awarding not just t-shirts for first place, but also first place trophies as well. Also a trophie for second place, mvp awards, all-tourney teams, a dunk contest and three point shoot out.
We beleive there are not many opportunities for teams to participate in a tournament series that would run year round with a break taken during the High school season. Culminating in a championship tournament held during the NCAA recruiting season with the top 8 teams from each division participating. I have heard from a few coaches that feel there are not enough quality tournaments available in state for them to participate in. We are going to try and change that.
Can i get some feedback on what might help us be succesfull, or if any teams would be interested ?
