what happened to dayton wrestlers the second day of the B regionals? Anyone out there know. Willie Whipple was a state prospect what in the world happened I heard he was there the first day?????

ya they showed up at 10 but weigh in was at 8 so the games committee decided to not let them weigh in.

ya i beat him 6-0 in the semis and then he lost to palmier in constalation semis.

For whatever reason I heard they did not make the 8 am weigh in.....
So they were all DQ'd
To BAD!!!!!

That's inexcusable... sounds like the coach screwed up...poor kids..after years of competing in the tough SCAC, they finally get a chance to get a decent number of kids to the dome and someone doesn't read the information right..Wow.

It is to bad and yes it was a screw up by the coach it is unfortunate becauae Willy Whipple was a state title contender. I believe he would have been the only one to make it out.
