Not avery pretty game, but exciting for underdog Onalaska to come back and beat Tenino after being doused twice by the Lady Beavers.

How do the Distrct IV teams look at the next levels?

I wouldn't count out Castle Rock (22-1) even though they were defeated by Tenino. They are young, athletic, solid and still a year away, but can play at various tempos. Perhaps they sat and watched how Ony dealt with the Tenino muscle on Friday night and learned a little. Of course, they didn't have two previous defeats to that team to learn from!

Remember that basketball is the third choice for most girls at the Rock behind fastpitch and volleyball. But they are an athletic group that gets a lot out of their athleticism most nights. They will be fine if they focus on basketball until the season is over.
