Tri District 4/5 seed

Here is how I am interpreting the tri-district bracket based on what I have seen on the nwcathletics's brackets in the past:

Between the two game winners, the higher seeded team going into the tri-districts gets the 4th regionals seed. If they are tied, it goes to the upper bracket game 6 winner over the lower game 5 winner.

Example 1: 4th seeded D3 team (PT) wins top game. 2nd seeded D2 team (UPrep) wins bottom game. D2 team is D1/2/3 #4 regionals seed. The D3 team is D1/2/3 #5 regionals seed.

Example 2: The D1 3rd seeded team (MB) wins top game#6 on Saturday and the D3#3 (EAT) wins the bottom game#5. The D1 #3 (MB) would be the #4 D1/2/3 regionals seed. D3 3rd would be the #5 seed.

This is not clear on the bracket, so I am glad someone asked. Oh and if my Example 1 actually happens, I'll wear a dunce cap to a state game.
