I don't think District 4 #3 (Burbank) beating District 6/7 #2 (Cashmere) would qualify as upset of the year. I agree that the Moses Lake region is the toughest of the four regions. Three of the top programs in the state (Naches Valley, Meridian, and Cashmere) and only one will make it.
The bigger upset that I will predict is Meridian (District 1/2/3 #5) over Naches Valley (District 5 #1). I have seen Naches alot this season and they're not what they have been. Koleman Johns is dominant but they are untested and don't have the same offensive firepower that they have had in the past.
