I haven't followed the west side much at all, but for the MVL here's how the 4x4's look:

WV- Sub 3:35
Eburg & Prosser- Sub 3:40
Hanford: Don't know but under 3:45 I'm sure
Sunnyside, Selah, Wapato: Too slow to matter
