Ace on a Par 4 @ Desert Aire GC

Chris Ziegler from Wahluke holed his 3-wood tee shot on #16 at Desert Aire GC.
Just a practice round, but we believe it may be the 1st???
Hole 16 is 272 dogleg left, cut the corner and it plays around 255ish.
I have 3 Ace's on Par 4's, PGA Tour 2004- Game Cube.
Any opinions on Desert Aire GC? I like it.
