Eastside vs Westside - 1A

This week, Columbia (White Salmon) and Highland played a second match. Columbia won this one in shootout 2-1 (5-4). Highland won the first meeting, 2-1, a month earlier. Which brings up the question; with State playoffs starting in about a month, how do the Eastside and Westside powers look? Will Columbia be back in the mix. Can Highland make it back to the finals? How about Connell, Kings, Brewster, Charles Wright and other past winners/contenders for the title. Cashmere is rumored to be very strong, and there are probably many more I haven't heard about.

Royal Knights had a great match against Connell this afternoon and pulled away a 2-1 victory. They also beat Highland 2-1 earlier on the season. They recently lost to Wahluke on Thursday, Wahluke seems to be on a good note and looking to make a statement. Should be interesting to see what the District playoffs will look like.
