I had heard the same thing, but have not been able to get any confirmation...If true, the program will be in good hands, better some would say than they were before. I had heard it was down to the JV coach and a former player who is coaching on the west side now. Either one would be fine, I suppose....

Reported in the news...Todd Gibson has been chosen as E'burg's next varsity baseball coach. Good luck, Gibby...

Todd is a good choice for Ellensburg. He knows the kids, has the knowledge, and provides the coaching mentality that Ellensburg needs. This was a big step up from coach Klampher and with the kids he has this year, I wouldn't be surprised if Ellensburg does well with him at the helm.
