Lakeside (9 Mile Falls) 2nd Annual Summer Basketball Tournament
WHAT:
-Varsity Boys Team Tournament
-Pool Play for the first 3 days / Tournament the 4th day
-8 games guaranteed
-Housing available, Classrooms are available (first come first serve). --Camping available in designated areas. You are welcome to bring your RV’s (No electrical hook ups available). The use of the school facilities are no extra charge
TOURNEY FEES:
$425 per team No Refund
INCLUDED IN FEE:
-Tourney T shirt

-Coaches social each night
DATES:
Week 1 ? June 17th-20th
Week 2 ? July 14th ? 17th
TOURNAMENT RULES:
-Pool play for the first 3 days, single elimination tournament for the 4th day
-2 20 min. running halves. Clock stops for the last 2 min. of each half.
-OT 2 min. stopped clock
-Technical fouls equal two points and ball on the side. 2nd technical the player or coach is removed for that game. If any issues persist then that player or coach will be removed for the day or even the remainder of the tournament with no refund.
-No All Star Teams, this tournament is looking for high school teams with students that are enrolled or will be enrolled at that school in grades 9-12.
-3 Time outs per game, 2 full and 1 thirty second. 1 extra time out for overtime.
-Pre game warm up is 10 min.
-Half time is 5 min.
-NFHS Rules will be used
-Team that wins the tournament will have a free entry into the tournament the following year. (Ephrata is this years free entry)

The last game will be played by 5pm Sunday so teams that are traveling can make it home at a decent time or teams that are in the Gonzaga camp can make their first game which starts later that evening.

INSURANCE/RELEASE STATEMENT:
Each coach must sign below as the representative for each team. By signing below you release Lakeside High School/the Nine Mile Falls School District and all its employees from all liability. You are also in agreement that you or a school/team representative will care for any injured player or coach as there will not be any trainer or emergency personnel on site. You also agree to attend and understand that there will be no refund. Failure to sign below may result in your team being bumped from the tournament. Thank you.
