This game was one for the records. ATM came out on fire. But Lakewood's defence was playing good. No score in the first half. Two minutes into the 2nd half Lakewood defence didn't cover ATM's Shelby Koch and she made them pay by scoring the first goal of the game. Lakewood's goalie Miranda Head had to many stops in the second half. Lakewood was pressing the ball up the field and the ref called a foul on ATM. With 15 seconds left in the game Lakewood's Kennady Bonnallie from 32 yards out on the right side kick the ball just over the ATM goalie and scored to tie the game up. Then over time. The first over time nothing happen. Second over time with about 1 minute left a ATM player was knot down in the box. Pk time for ATM. Lakewood's goalie Miranda Head came up big by blocking the shot. Then the shootout. It went 9 rounds before Lakewood Kennady Bonnallie shot got passed the ATM goalie. Shootout score was Lakewood 6 ATM 5. Lakewood win the Cascade Conference and number 1 seed to the districts.
