.....was all bad news for District 1 as both Cedarcrest and Squalicum lost in heart-breaking fashion. Ceadarcrest fell to a tough Kingston team 74-73 on a "no call" at the buzzer. Zach Taylor drove to the hoop, looked like he got fouled, but no call. Squalicum ran into a hot team tonight. Lindbergh kept it close in the first half, down only one, 26-25 at the break. In the 3rd, Squalicum couldn't buy a bucket, and the Eagles inched ahead. Lindbergh was up by 12 with 7 minutes left in regulation, before the Storm put on a furious rally to tie it at the end of regulation. The game went 2 overtimes before Lindbergh finally got the win.
