There's a huge jump in competition and exposure between the Nisqually League and the Private School Division of the Metro(O'Dea,Seattle Prep, Blanchet, etc. ). Bainbridge is still close enough for his parents to keep their jobs in Jefferson County.
From everything I read he has adapted very well to 3A. Some of his away venues are among the most hostile in the state. That may help get him get ready for life on the road with Gonzaga.
