I usually only do this on the football board, but this thing is DEAD. It is State Tourney time, and there is nothing. Here are the match-ups:

Burlington Vs. Pullman
Sequim Vs. Renton
West Valley Yak Vs. Lynden
Anacortes Vs. Clover Park

In my opinion, there are some great matchups. Eight great teams, one title, lets hash this thing out.

I have to agree with you Warrent. We have heard of Clover Park all year, and it looks like they are playing great basketball right now. Read an article on the TNT last night about their big man down low (Xavier Means). Sounds very similar to Meyer for Lynden. Big, physical, rebounding machine.

I do not know a ton about WVY, but from their record, and the way they have beaten teams, they look to be one of the better teams in the remaining eight. Lynden will have to bring their usual defense to slow down an offense that likes to put the ball in the hoop early and often, if they want a chance.

Obviously we know about Lynden, possibly the most complete team in the tourney, and of course Anacortes, who has the talent to beat anyone on any given day.
