But as for the main Official (ref)he Should never ever officiate another game of soccer in his life. He could have gotten kids hurt really bad on both sides with his late 3 second calls and no calls when kids where being blasted from behind for no reason. (this happened on both sides) Letting plays progress after penalty then blowing your a whistle 3 to 4 seconds later is bad enough...
