The irish are not as good as the past 2 years, Lynden plays very good TEAM ball and solid in your face defense, im liking Lynden in a close one, 56-53!

Not tonight.
Even though Lynden stayed tough through the 1st half, they just didn't have the pazzaz they showed against RB. That took a lot out of those guys. You could see that O'Dea still had the juice to get to the finish line first. They are still tough. Athleticism AND discipline. Difficult to beat that combo. Dallas clearly not at 100%.

Hopefully, they can recover to beat a good Mt.Si team tomorrow, who was thrashed tonight by Prep. #3 in this state tournament is a much higher finish than anyone expected for this season. Being the highest placing non-metro team is a great accomplishment.

Congrats LIONS on a wonderful year...with more to come.

two sick boys and dead legs did not helpLynden tonight. Give Credit to Odea, they are disciplined and a talented team. They clearly had the juice tonight. Congrats and good luck to them tomorrow. Okay Lynden, a loss is tough but let's get fired uop and take third tomorrow night!

Agreed flash... O'Dea shot really well and just played hard and got it done. It was very unfortunate that a healthy Lynden team could not have faced them, but that's state. Granted being 2 time defender, you kinda know how it's done. This is an incredible experience for these boys and will only help for the road down the road. Heck... League Champs, District Champs and 3rd place at state behind 2 teams that can recruit! WOW! Keep it going Lynden and I hope you guys can push it one last day to bring home the 3rd place finish.
