Hey Stal,

That's hard to guarentee...You never know whose coming up or who has moved in from a foreign country. Though, I would say the chances are really really good that you are right about it. Vashon, Quincy, Cashmere and Omak were dominant last year and it will be a long time before we see four teams of that caliber.
