Well, the final score was the Mustangs by fifteen (63-48?), though i was surprised that the game was actually closer than the score indicated. Prosser closed out with like an 8-1 run as the Wildcats were fouling and rushing in an attempt to steal the game.
It looked as though the Prosser starters weren't quite used to playing so much in the fourth quarter - a little gassed, though they obviously closed out extremely well.
Was a fun game to watch; very very physical! The refs probably could have called a foul on either team each time down the court, but let them play.
I look forward to watching the Mustangs in the playoffs and the Wildcats next year - they should continue to grow and be even more competitive than they were this year. Crazy that 9 wins no longer gets you into playoffs... Congrats on a great season and good luck Prosser!
