Wapato/YVCC tragedy

I know that many people are upset about the WIAA changes to the tourney, as am I.

But, in light of the car crash this morning that claimed the life of a 2010 Wapato grad and current member of the YVCC women's basketball team, let's be grateful for the kids that are able to continue on with their dreams after their hoops dreams have faded.

My prayers and thoughts go out to all feeling the effects of such a loss.

Prayers extended to the entire Wapato community. This young lady was a joy to watch on the soccer field. Life is fragile folks...handle with love and care.
