I read Cashmere handed Okanogan their first loss. Anyone have details on that game?

I like the scoreczar rankings.
LC deserves #1 and UPrep hasn't beaten a decent team yet.

not sure who Okanogan has beat either.... thought I'd see a great game yesterday and Cashmere beatdown Okan by 28 or 30. It was ugly.

Lynden Christian is very talented again this year. I think they are a top 5 team for sure and possibly a top 3 team. They can make as much claim to #1 as anyone right now.

Chelan is starting to play some good basketball. They have Okanogan tomorrow night, then after a few league games, they travel to Seattle and play against the #1 team in the state, Seattle Academy. Should be an excellent match against ranked teams.

I think right now the only reason LC isn't ranked #1 is simply cuz of those 3 losses, which were to 3 very good teams. Academy is the real deal though. It'll be interesting if them and LC meet up again in the tri districts, because LC smoked em and both have most of the same guys off their teams. Hoping they face each other to decide some championships.

Losses versus good teams are not necessarily counted against a team in a poll, nor does beating a team guarantee a higher slot than said team. You're completely completely right, in regards to the AP poll. However, when I commented that the only reason LC wasn't ranked #1 was because of 3 losses to very good teams, the AP poll hadn't come out yet. I was refferring only to the opinion rankings like the TNT. The AP poll I think got it right, because there was only a 1 point difference between the #1's Seattle Academy and Zillah, and the #3 LC. They all seem about even so it made sense.
