W.F. West and Klahowya went to extra innings, it was 2-2 and Chehalis exploded. 9 runs in a single inning to defeat Klahowya, who had many errors in the final inning. Klahowya had so many opportunities to beat the Bearcats in truth but did not capitalize.
Hockinson, meanwhile, struggled to contain the firepower of B-E. Hawks had some good opportunities but B-E was in control. Hawks lose three seniors overall this season. Two from today's team. Should be a pretty good team next year. Capron for B-E is a dang good pitcher. Couple home runs for B-E, including the first pitch of the game.
Last I heard from around an hour ago the Burlington-WF West score was tied at 2-2 in the 2nd inning. Haven't heard anything else as of late.
