State doesn't care about having the best teams in the finals. If they did they would seed teams and have a blind draw. But this might cause some travel. Opps, Overlake in Class A had to travel to Lakeside HS 20 north of Spoakne and for winning they get to travel to Okanogan 90 miles north of Wenatchee. So much for using travel as a rule. In fact they will not even put district teams in different half brackets. Doing this might cause a two Eastern Washington teams to meet in the finals. Can't have this might lose to many $$$$$.
