Thanks to The Daily News from Longview, I finally confirmed the playing games for Dist 4. I will quote from the article:

"Southwest 2A District

Greater St. Helens 2A LeagueMark MorrisRidgefieldHockinson or R.A. Long
Evergreen 2A ConferenceTumwaterCapital, River Ridge or W.F. WestCapital, River Ridge or W.F. West
Crossover playoffs
Three state berths at stake
GSHL No. 3 (Hockinson or R.A. Long) at EvCo No. 1 (Tumwater). Winner is District 4 No. 1 seed to state.
EvCo No. 3 (Capital or River Ridge or W.F. West) at GSHL No. 1 (Mark Morris). Winner is District 4 No. 2 seed to state.
EvCo No. 2 (Capital or River Ridge or W.F. West) vs. GSHL No. 2 (Ridgefield). Winner is District 4 No. 3 seed to state.
Note:
State seeding will change in the event that a lower district seed
upsets a higher seed in crossover play. For instance, if Tumwater loses
and Mark Morris wins, MM would be the District 4 No. 1 seed to state.
State bracket
Nov. 10 (tentative)District 4 No. 3 at District 1/2 No. 1District 4 No. 2 at District 1/2 No. 2District 3 No. 4 at District 4 No. 1"
Predictions: Narrowing it down, Tumwater will win and be Dist 4 #1. Capital will beat Ridgefield. The question mark will be whether or not WF West can go to Mark Morris and beat them. If MM wins, they will be Dist 4#2 and Capital will be Dist 4#3. If WF West wins, then Capital moves to #2.

It appears to me that Capital will either play at Lakewood or at Lynden in the first round.
