Now this is just a rumor I heard and I thought I would ask, Is Morton and White Pass combining their football programs this coming season? I know with the way the economy is that jobs are dwindling in eastern lewis county and their school enrollments are down. The second part to that rumor was that if they combine they would play 1A for a short period of time and then drop to 2B next time around. Now I know the WIAA says WP has 163 but has fallen to the lower 130's and Morton has gone from 135 to the upper 70's. You can correct me if I'm wrong on those numbers, it's just what I've been told.
