Long hair rule

I know they have the long hair rule and they are pretty strict about it,(In the SCAC anyway) but I was wondering if I could cornrow(braid)my hair in order to avoid my long hair during the winter??? any refs or coaches or whatever just post back with a thought!!

im pretty sure no one would have a problem with it as long as the braids in the back to come down too far on your neck.

i would need to check the rule book but i seem to remember something about the hair style can not be abrasive to the other wrestler.

Sorry, the rule state that you have to be inspected at the Natural state of
the hair..... Above the ear lobe, above the collar on the neck. Corn rows
wont cut it buddy !!!!

they changed the rule you can wear cornrows but you have to wear a haircover when you wrestle. hey big nips did Omar really go to warden if so i bet Orth is upset but i bet Bowers is Happy. what weight are you going next year? Coach Tuck (River View)

NAh, man Avelar did not move to Warden, I had lunch with him today, at the gas station, more than likely 119 with the new weight deal so yeah
