Crazy ending as Meridian fumbles, Eatonville recovers throws an int that is run back and fumbled on the goal line and Meridian recovers in the endzone for a TD. Looks like Meridian at LaCenter next week.

very sloppy end to the gane but glad 2 NWC teams advanced to state. meridian did really well for playing as much as they have in the last week. if i were a blaine fan id be sick to my stomach knowing you had meridian beat and then to see what they did tonight to advance to state. however meridian is where they r and they hopefully will repesent the NWC well woth a win next week

anyone who knows anything about Meridian football knows that Ames' teams are always ready for post-season and anyone (like Eatonville) who has never had to prepare for it isn't ready. no real surprise.
