I have never seen the SCAC so strong before, I used to think that was the weak district and they tore it up this year. Two teams in the top 3 at state, Sybouts (top scorer) first in the 100, him and Cleveland (2nd top scorer) in the top 4 in the 200, Mayo should have been top 4 in the 3200, two guys in the 110's, the hurdler in the 300s looked pretty strong but fell and DQed. Zillah taking the 4x1, with goldendale in there, and goldendale almost taking home the gold in the 4x4, that was a tight race to see between them and coupville. In the Long they had 3 guys place in the top 4 and two in the top 4 in the triple, thats pretty amazing. Zillah had 5 places in the throwing and Goldendale had a high jumper and a vaulter place. A few other guys placed also, but over all the SCAC kicked some major a** this year. District 7 was pretty stonge last year with Newport and Freeman, looked like this year it was Zillah and Goldendale, who will it be next year?
