West Valley is the GNL #1 seed and defending state champion Pullman is the GNL #2 seed. Does anyone know who the CWAC 1-4 seeds are?

WV and Pullman are very evenly matched. They tied for first in the GNL with 11-1 records. Both teams won their match at home in five games. West Valley secured the #1 seed beating Pullman in a 5 game match. These two teams are definitely the best from the GNL and have placed at state each of the last 2 seasons. It is a coin flip as to which team wins when they play each other - they are that close to each other's talent level. They have different styles of play. West Valley is quicker and deeper while Pullman has a huge front line (6'5" and 6'2" - legit) that can pound the ball with the best of them.

Any rundown on the CWAC is appreciated.

CWAC fans who are coming to Spokane for regionals - travel safe! Should be some great volleyball to watch.
