Lynden vs Sehome: I would not be surprised to see the Lions come out with a little bit of a hang-over from the tough loss to Squally. I don't see it being enough to earn the Mariners a win. Lynden won by 35 last time these two met. It will be closer, but Lions prevail.

Sultan vs Anacortes: Interesting match-up. Seahawks looked out of sorts against Cedarcrest. Can Anacortes slow down Brock VandenEkart? I seriously doubt it. Will either team play tough defense for 4 quarters? I doubt that as well.

Say it isn't so Warrant. Two Cascade League teams to regionals? Too bad they don't get to have the State Tournament experience.

I hear you gooddog1. It seems sacrilege for a NWC fan to even suggest that the Cascade conference might earn more than one State berth.
